I was interested in fashion from when I was in school, but like every other Indian student I was pressured away from a creative career. This led me to pursue Biotechnology, which led to an MSc & a position as a Junior Scientist. After having my son Lavyansh, I was not able to get back to work. With time in hand, I decided to find options to work from home. My baby is my biggest strength as well as the one from whom I draw utmost inspiration. He is my biggest cheerleader. Of course, there are times when I find it difficult to handle both Lavyansh as well as my start-up but I have managed them efficiently.

I firmly believe that it is essential to grow as an individual. Be independent; have your own identity. Being a mother doesn’t makes you lose your personal identity. Look out for that and in doing so, one day you will become another Babita Badlani or even better than me!
