Breathing Into Life

"On a frosty, wintry morning, breathe on the window and watch what it creates"

“On a frosty, wintry morning, breathe on the window and watch what it creates”

Dozens of different birds call,
Herald the morning,
Yet another beginning.

A zillion words spoken,
Altering the space between you and me,
Every word, a measure of Dharma,
Is it breathing life into this space?

On a frosty, wintry morning,
Breathe on the window
And watch what it creates.

My breath goes in, comes out;
And stirs and mixes the spaces.
If its bedtime, the lullaby needs my voice.
I make my sounds,
Unconditional love hears music,
And goes to sleep.
