Women’s Web is saying Goodbye! Please make sure you read this important notification.
In our weekly Twitter Chat, #WomenOnTheMove, we discussed with our readers what type of travel appealed to them and why.
For some the road trips give the kick while for others river rafting is the go-to option during a weekend break. For some travelling to an event is not-to-be-missed travel while for others the best thing about traveling for business is the company footing the bill.
People travel for various reasons.
Travel is important because it fundamentally transforms us. Taking a break from our daily lives, unplugging from technology and engaging in new activities in new places, travel gives us the opportunity to release unwanted habits. Travel also reinforces our willingness to broaden our horizons, to get unstuck and to move in new directions.
Earlier this week, we had our weekly #Womenonthemove chat over at Twitter, and this is what we discussed.
(If you’re not yet following Women’s Web on Twitter, do now, and you can come over for the chat too, every Thursday 6-7PM IST).
