Nimmy Hutnik, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Counselling Psychologist & Author
Nimmi Hutnik is an accredited cognitive behaviour therapist and a chartered counselling psychologist. Till recently she was an associate professor at London South Bank University where she taught CBT to post graduate students. She provides therapy, coaching and supervision in person and via Skype.
Her book, Becoming Resilient, is meant to held readers deal with difficult emotions, as well as manage stress better and improve our relationships. But it doesn’t stop there. Once you are on a level keel emotionally, it will empower you to develop a platform for resilience and growth in your life, and provide a road to that ultimate goal: happiness.
