I am based out of Mumbai and like most city dwellers my professional pursuits take maximum time . In all this I continue to be an ideas person and examine events , incidents around me by trying to build a context around them or simply find inspiration in both the great and mundane stuff. I have done my MA in English Literature followed by Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. I was honored with the ‘Woman Super achiever of the Year 2012’ (World HRD Congress and www.Employerbranding.com) and was on the advisory board of the World HRD congress 2015.Due to my pioneering efforts around gender diversity MSD Pharmaceuticals( called Merck globally and the company where I work since the past 9 + years )India was conferred the WILL Best Employer for Women Award 2014,2015 and 2016.I am invited as a speaker at external conferences and management institutes. I also spoke about running a successful Women’s Network at the Diversity Asia conference 2014 ,Hong Kong . My hobbies include reading, writing, travel and a new one -fitness..
