An educator by choice, my Ph.D thesis was on reproductive endocrinology. I was trying for further research, when I got an opportunity to teach as part time lecturer. This is when I realised how passionate I was about teaching. My school life gave me the opportunity to assimilate knowledge from different states of India, I have had immense opportunities to experience diverse traditions and cultures of India. I have taught students from class VIII to post graduate level and also worked as the Principal of a residential school. All these experiences have helped me understand the individuality in each student. Currently I am a Biology facilitator and HoD, who is passionate about implementing new teaching strategies in my classes. I love penning down things .. things I see or experience or something that touches my heart.
