Sunaina Sainath is Global Head of Print Insights at HP Inc. She is responsible for enabling customer-centric experiences through brand, innovation and go-to-market insights. Sunaina is an Indian woman from America who has alternated between the two nations at differing points in life. Her passion for instilling self-confidence in women led her to found The Leela Collective—her humble effort at gathering the authentic, relatable voices of strong Indian women into one motivational force. Sunaina earned a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, Chicago and a Bachelor of Architecture from Sushant School of Art and Architecture, New Delhi. Sunaina’s twenty-one-year career began in architecture working first in New Delhi and later in Chicago. To satisfy her innate interest in human behavior and popular culture, she then shifted her career path to customer analytics, advertising, and brand strategy. Prior to HP, Sunaina was the Head of Strategy at MullenLowe Boston where she led the agency to a record number of Effie Award wins. She has also been Head of Strategy at Wieden+Kennedy Delhi where she played a lead role in Cannes Gold Lion, AME Gold and WARC Silver award wins. Sunaina lives in San Diego with her husband and teenage son.
