Srini is the Author of Switch: Sales Transformation for Strategic Advantage, a much-appreciated book about ensuring customer-centricity to transform the sales effectiveness of any organisation.
Srinivas is a mentor and advisor, guiding organizations towards strategic change, nurturing strong customer relationships, innovative go-to-market approaches, and campaigns, and building sustainable capabilities. He is an accredited leadership coach who enables entrepreneurs and business heads to build leadership capabilities that align with their organization’s strategic goals.
Srini is very committed to making larger social change and is part of the core team at SOBUS INSIGHT FORUM formed to also encourage social entrepreneurship.
Annelise Piers
Annelise Piers is a corporate coach who stands in the gap as a yin yoga healer and apothecary with her program series ‘Buddha in the Boardroom’.
She is also a Master NLP Practitioner and Teacher, licensed by co-founder Dr Bandler in the UK and the US. Her specialty is tapping into the metaphors of the mind, enabling people to get unstuck and open themselves up to more choices. Using a mix of body wisdom, yogic philosophy, and mindfulness practices, she has worked with women leaders, diversity groups, entrepreneurs, and coaches and facilitators.
Veena Ramagopalan
Veena is Co-founder, Director of Inroads Leadership Development. She is passionate about connecting with people and supporting them by sharing her experiences. She enjoys engaging and inspiring women leaders to help them accelerate their leadership abilities and integrate seamlessly into the organization.
She is an ex-Naval officer from the first batch of women officers of the Indian Navy. Thereafter, she worked in various companies including Philips for over 13 years, holding senior strategic roles.
She is qualified as a Coach from Erickson Coaching International, ICF accredited Coach training program.
Dr. G C Anupama
The first woman President of the Astronomical Society of India (in 47 years), Dr. GC Anupama is heading this prime association of professional astronomers in India since February 2019. She is Dean and Senior Professor, Indian Institute of Astrophysics in Bengaluru.
She is part of the core team engaged in the international project of over one billion USD to establish the thirty meter telescope (TMT) in Hawaii, USA.
As Professor-in-charge of the Indian Astronomical Observatory (IAO) and representative of India at the international GROWTH Project, a global network of telescopes for the study of transients, Dr. GC Anupama has led the successful installation of a 0.7m wide field robotic telescope at IAO, Hanle near Leh in Ladakh. Previously, she led the commissioning and science verification team of the 2m Himalayan Chandra Telescope located at IAO. The Hanle Observatory is one of the highest elevation observatories and has been providing valuable data for the scientific community.
Dr. GC Anupama is Fellow of National Academy of Sciences India and the Indian Academy of Sciences, and Professor-in-charge at the Centre for Research and Education in Science and Technology. She is also a recipient of the Govt. of Karnataka’s Sir. C.V. Raman Young Scientist Award for the year 2001, and has presented many papers on astrophysics at international conferences.
Dr. Bhavana Kanukurthi
Dr. Bhavana Kanukurthi is an award-winning computer scientist who chose the unique discipline of Cryptography as her area of research. Completing her PhD at Boston University and Post-doctoral Research at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), she received the ‘Research Excellence Award’ from Boston University for her progress on a longstanding open problem in cryptography.
Bhavana has presented her path-breaking work at the Symposium on Theory of Computing in Boston, Theory of Cryptography Conference in Baltimore, Eurocrypt Conference in Tel Aviv, and Crypto, Santa Barbara. Bhavana has served as a program committee member for top conferences such as Crypto, Eurocrypt and TCC. Recipient of the ‘Inspire Faculty Award’ from Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, Dr. Bhavana is an Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Sciences (IISC). Being a firm believer in gender-neutral development of science, her mentees have made great strides in breaking barriers. Bhavana’s TCC 2017 paper with her mentees had the distinction of being invited to the Journal of Cryptology, an honour reserved for the top-three papers at the conferece. This is the first time that a paper from Indian academia has received this honour.
An avid speaker, Dr. Bhavana has been often interviewed and has contributed as a speaker at panel discussions, talks and seminars at leading institutions of excellence including MIT, ETH Zurich, UCLA, IITs and at events such as Indo-US Joint Center Workshop.
