Who is Women at Work Buzz Session for?

It is for all women in their entire diversity, who aspire and inspire. While women constitute 48.5% of India’s population, only 27% women participate in the work force. It is a given that women perform better when they have role models or peers who have been there and done that. If you are a woman at work – a corporate exec, a freelancer, an entrepreneur, a writer, a stylist, a doctor, on a career break, job-searching or are part of any other work role – you are invited.

Currently heads CSR and diversity initiatives at Genpact.

Yashodhara Lal is the celebrated author of Sorting Out Sid, and Just Married, Please Excuse. Her new book When Love Finds You has recently been published with Harper Collins.
