Normalize being unmarried in the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond. We need to cultivate respect in society irrespective of our relationship status.

I wanted to scream with excitement that my daughter chose to write about her ambition and aspirations over everything else first. To me, this was one of those parenting 'win' moments. 

This is just one of the many stories of the wonderful mentoring my mother does effortlessly. As a kid, I grew up watching her always go the extra mile to help others.

I came out of a dark trench in life. Here are a few things I learnt as I got on my feet again, and I want to share these with you.

I realized the value of a mentor, that wonderful senior lady who had understood my fears and made me face up to them. She had brought me out of my shell!
